Training policy

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS!

For In Person Trainings, the remaining balance is due the day of training and must be paid in CASH. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card there will be a 3.7% card fee.

For Virtual Trainings, the remaining balance will be due via Zelle with no card fee or with a credit/debit card with a 3.7% card fee 24 hours BEFORE your training.

Appointments are not set until a DEPOSIT is received - Deposit goes towards your training!

  • You MUST register for your training TWO weeks in advance in order to receive all of your equipment on the day of training.

*** If you purchase our “Training Only - No Equipment” Package, this training MUST be done via Virtual OR at our Tyler or Dallas location ***

RESCHEDULING:

  1. A rebooking fee of $150 will be REQUIRED and must be booked for a training within 30 days of your original training date

  2. Training must be rescheduled at least 7 days in advance in order to maintain deposit amount

  3. I understand that life happens BUT if you’re unable to attend your training date and cancel within the same week of training - your deposit WILL BE LOST and a NEW deposit will be required to book any future trainings.

  4. NO SHOW will result in NO refund or rescheduled training and $150 fee will be charged to the card on file.

  5. All cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged $150 to the card on file.
